Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: November 5, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all accounts, API keys, and traffic routed through Unlimited DeepSeek (unlimited-deepseek.com). Because Unlimited DeepSeek proxies requests to third-party upstream model providers, every user must respect both our platform rules and the safety boundaries of the underlying models.
1. Prohibited Content and Workloads
You may not use the Service to generate, process, store, or distribute any of the following:
- Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse: Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), whether real, fictional, or synthetically generated, as well as any content that sexualizes minors.
- Illegal Acts and Regulated Harm: Content or instructions that promote or execute unlawful acts, including financial fraud, identity theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, human trafficking, or the synthesis of chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons.
- Self-Harm and Violence: Encouragement or instruction for suicide, self-injury, or targeted physical violence against specific individuals or groups.
- Non-Consensual Sexual Content and Harassment: Non-consensual intimate content, doxxing (publishing private personal data to incite harassment), extortion, or targeted stalking.
- Malware and Cyberattacks: Writing, obfuscating, or operating ransomware, spyware, trojans, exploit kits, credential-harvesting pages, command-and-control automation, or automated vulnerability exploitation against systems you don't own or lack explicit authorization to test.
- Spam and Deceptive Automation: Bulk unsolicited messaging, automated phishing campaigns, comment or review flooding, synthetic identity farming, or astroturfing across third-party platforms.
2. API Key Security and Account Rules
Your API keys (cp-...) are issued exclusively for your account's workloads. You must follow these operational rules:
- No Key Sharing or Public Exposure: Do not publish API keys in public code repositories, client-side JavaScript bundles, mobile apps without a backend proxy, or shared community channels. Each account supports up to 20 active keys so you can isolate workloads and revoke compromised keys immediately.
- No Rate-Limit Evasion: Every API key is governed by a requests-per-minute (RPM) quota (
120 RPMby default unless adjusted on the key), and authentication and top-up endpoints enforce per-minute throttles. Creating multiple accounts to multiply your effective RPM, rotating across accounts to dodgeHTTP 429responses, or scripting automated account signups is forbidden. - No Unauthorized Resale Over Upstream Limits: You may integrate Unlimited DeepSeek into your own software or end-user applications, provided your traffic stays within your account's assigned RPM limits and complies with this AUP. Operating an unapproved public API reseller or key-pooling service that aggregates third-party traffic to saturate upstream capacity is prohibited.
- No Upstream Policy Circumvention: You may not use prompt-injection techniques, automated jailbreak fuzzing, or adversarial probing designed to bypass safety filters or extract proprietary configuration from our upstream gateways or model providers (including DeepSeek and Zhipu AI / Z.ai).
- No Infrastructure Interference: Do not probe, scan, benchmark-flood, or attempt denial-of-service attacks against unlimited-deepseek.com, our database, our optional payment webhook endpoint, or our upstream connections.
3. Monitoring Without Content Logging
Unlimited DeepSeek does not store your prompt or completion bodies in its database. We enforce this AUP through automated rate limiters, token-volume and status-code anomaly patterns in our usage metadata, and abuse reports returned by our upstream gateway or infrastructure providers.
4. Consequences of Violations
When we detect a violation of this AUP, or when our upstream gateway flags or blocks traffic originating from your API key, we may take one or more of the following actions immediately and without prior warning:
- Key Revocation or Throttling: Revoke individual API keys (
revoked_at) or lower theirrpm_limit. - Account Suspension: Disable your account (
users.disabled = true), which immediately invalidates all active browser sessions and blocks all API keys associated with your account. - Balance Forfeiture: Where a violation involves illegal content, cyberattacks, sanctions evasion, multi-account rate-limit evasion, or conduct that causes our upstream providers, blockchain RPC providers, or payment infrastructure to penalize or block the operators of Unlimited DeepSeek, any remaining prepaid balance in the offending account is forfeited without refund.
- Abuse Reporting: Cooperate with law enforcement or infrastructure providers when legally required or when necessary to mitigate ongoing attacks or CSAM.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report a compromised API key, suspected abuse originating from unlimited-deepseek.com, or a violation of this policy, contact the support contact that will be published on this site (it is being set up; keep your transaction id until then).
