Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 5, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how cryptocurrency top-ups, exact-amount deposit matching, partial payments, overpayments, expired orders, and refund requests work on Unlimited DeepSeek (unlimited-deepseek.com).
1. General Rule: Prepaid Balance Is Non-Refundable
All cryptocurrency top-ups credited to your Unlimited DeepSeek account are final and non-refundable once applied to your prepaid USD balance. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on-chain and our per-token pricing is heavily discounted, we don't offer refunds for unused balance, accidental purchases, changes of mind, model deprecation, or dissatisfaction with model outputs.
2. Exceptions: Qualifying Service Failures and Unmatched Transfers
We issue balance adjustments or on-chain cryptocurrency refunds only for verified service failures caused by us or verified unmatched on-chain transfers:
- Charged Failures Caused by the operators of Unlimited DeepSeek: Outages or software defects on our side that caused failed requests to be metered and debited from your balance. By design, requests returning
HTTP 400or higher from the upstream provider, orHTTP 502when the upstream gateway cannot be reached, automatically cost$0.00. - Double Charges: Duplicate ledger debits for a single API request.
- Unmatched or Mis-Sent On-Chain Transfers: A confirmed transfer to our deposit address that did not credit automatically because the on-chain amount missed the order's exact 6-decimal
pay_amount, confirmed after the order window expired, or was sent twice for the same order. - Overpayments Above the Site Maximum: Any confirmed payment amount exceeding the site's single-order cap that was not credited automatically.
- Permanent Service Closure: If the operators of Unlimited DeepSeek permanently shut down unlimited-deepseek.com and your account is in good standing, you may request a refund of your remaining unused prepaid balance.
3. How Top-Up Rails, Exact Amounts, Expiry, and Partial Payments Work
Top-up orders are created within the minimum and maximum USD limits published on unlimited-deepseek.com (for example, $5 minimum to $2,000 maximum per order). How an order is matched and credited depends on the payment rail:
A. USDT-Tron (usdttrc20) and USDC-Solana (usdcsol) Deposit-Address Rails
Stablecoin top-ups on TRON and Solana are monitored directly by our own payment watcher. All orders on a chain share a single deposit address controlled by the operators of Unlimited DeepSeek, and each order is assigned a unique 6-decimal pay_amount equal to the USD top-up amount plus a random fractional tail between 0.000001 and 0.009999 (for example, 20.003417 USDT).
- Exact-Amount Rule: Because every open order on TRON or Solana shares that chain's single deposit address, our watcher matches an incoming transfer to your order only when the on-chain transfer amount equals your order's exact 6-decimal
pay_amountdown to the last micro-unit. - 90-Minute Order Expiry: Each TRON or Solana order stays open (
status = 'waiting') for 90 minutes. Two open orders on the same chain never share the samepay_amount. Once 90 minutes pass without an exact match, the order transitions toexpired. - Exchange Withdrawals That Deduct Fees Are the Sender's Risk: Many exchanges deduct their withdrawal or network fee from the withdrawal total unless you configure the withdrawal so the recipient receives the net amount. If you enter
20.003417USDT on an exchange that deducts a1.000000USDT fee from the transfer, only19.003417USDT lands on-chain. That transfer will not match your order and will not credit automatically. Ensuring the exactpay_amountarrives on-chain after any exchange or wallet fees is entirely the sender's responsibility. - Mis-Sent Amounts and Late Transfers (
unmatchedstatus): If you send the wrong amount, round off the 6-decimal tail, split a payment across multiple transactions, or confirm on-chain after the 90-minute window expires, the watcher records the transfer as unmatched. Unmatched transfers are not lost, but they are not credited automatically: they require manual review by support within 30 days.
B. Unsupported Tokens or Wrong Networks
Sending a token or using a blockchain network other than the exact pay_currency selected for the order (for example, sending ERC-20 USDT or Polygon USDC to a TRC-20 or Solana deposit address, or sending an unsupported token) may result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds. Where recovery is technically possible on a deposit address we control, any network gas fees required to extract and return the asset are deducted from the recovered amount.
4. How to Request Manual Review or a Refund
To claim an unmatched TRON or Solana transfer (mis-sent amount, exchange-fee shortfall, or late confirmation after the 90-minute window), an overpayment above the site maximum, or a qualifying service failure, email the support contact that will be published on this site (it is being set up; keep your transaction id until then) within 30 calendar days from the day the support contact is published on this site, or of the transaction or charge if later. Include all of the following details:
- Your registered account email address on unlimited-deepseek.com.
- Your order id, visible under your top-up history.
- The cryptocurrency and network used (
usdttrc20orusdcsol), the quotedpay_amount, and the exact amount sent on-chain. - The on-chain transaction hash (
txidor Solana signature) so support can locate the transfer in our records. - The original sending wallet address and, if you sent from a custodial exchange, a self-custody return address you control on the same network (never ask us to send a refund back to a shared exchange hot wallet).
- For API metering disputes: the affected usage rows, timestamps (UTC), model name, and ledger entries from the usage history and the balance ledger.
Requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after the support contact is published on this site (or after the transaction or charge, if later) are not eligible for manual credit or refund.
5. Resolution: Balance Credit vs. Refund to Sending Address
When support verifies an unmatched deposit, late payment, or billing error:
- Account Balance Credit: If you want the funds applied to your Unlimited DeepSeek account, support credits the verified net USD value received directly to your prepaid balance as a ledger entry, at no fee.
- On-Chain Refund to Sending Address Less Network Fees: If you request an on-chain return of an unmatched deposit or excess overpayment, we send the refund in the same cryptocurrency on the same network back to the original sending address, or to a verified self-custody wallet address you control if the original transfer came from an exchange hot wallet, less all network transaction fees (gas, Solana transaction fees, or TRON energy/bandwidth fees) required to broadcast the return transfer.
Dust and Small Amounts: If the refundable amount is smaller than or close to the network fee required to send an on-chain return transaction, we will credit the amount to your Unlimited DeepSeek prepaid balance instead of broadcasting an on-chain transaction.
